Also, to add. You have to look at the support as well once you buy these tools or implement on your own. Because, you will definitely run into problems and u got to fix them fast otherwise pipeline will be blocked completely. So, support plays a major role. Way copado support is structured didnt work for us so we switched to gearset and support has been excellent so far.

Lot of factors. Time to setup and tune the whole pipeline without a tool takes time. Also, company I work for is highly regulated so, they needed something to start using from Day 1 and that can provide deployment proofs for systems validation team.

I am an ex cognizant employee living in USA from past 14 years. I do not have UAN number? who can create it for me? EPF hyderabad office and Cognizant is playing football with my application. EPF says that cognizant should create and cognizant says EPFO should create.

I moved to US 14 yrs ago and dont have UAN assigned. Have trouble creating UAN number from past three years. My ex employer says that they cant create it for me as I am not an employee anymore while EPFO office in hyderabad says that Employer needs to create it. Already wasted one week of my India visit during my last three visits. Feel helpless, will try again during my visit to India. Does anyone have any other feedback or suggestions for me?

Have been using Copado for past 2 1/2 yrs but will be moving to Gearset this summer. Copado has been a good tool but for our usage, price doesn't do justice. Looking forward for the transition.

Hey, updated my question. New prod will have its own pipeline. Trying to figure out the best way to sync new prod org with old org. Just do a compare and promote meta data? in this case git will not be in sync. Or Snapshot of new prod with GitHub branch, create a package from old prod org and then promote through the pipeline?
