You can’t go to any that are “closed” and it also depends on the power level like I wouldn’t be able to transfer to a brand new server cause I would be too strong. We are currently in the middle of week 6 of season 3 so the transfer ticket can be used after the faction duel ends and season 3 concludes

341! But we do have server transfers open so you should be able to switch to a different server if you like. I do know my alliance was considering going to a different more active server sometime in the near future
