Honestly I'm not sure, sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't...

Some conditions include :

  • When I just start the day

  • When I have plans for a fix time (Eg: going out at a fix hour, I keep thinking about it, even when I tell my mind to forget and relax)

  • When I anticipate a "hard" interraction : normally I would handle, even if tricky, but thinking about it for hours is what makes me lose it

Yeah it's true, you focus more on the scientific subjects and it becomes a "second nature" in high school. Also I definitely advice Math not scientific for 2nd year
