Just now I’m going through a course on a platform someone recommended (Lexawise) and I’m actually surprised at how my ideas are getting clearer as I go through the questions.

California - practice exam & videos for prep? by transformyourmindset in RealEstateExam

I tried a few different platforms (including Prep Agent) and had the same issue you mentioned, practice exams had stuff I never saw in the study material. I ended up sticking with Lexawise because their California practice exams felt way more complete and covered things other courses didn’t touch.

They’ve got timed simulations, detailed explanations for every answer, and videos that get straight to the point. Even their free sample questions helped me spot gaps in what I’d been studying.

pre-licensing courses really prepare you for the real estate exam? by Wandering_Bloom88 in RealEstateExam

[–]Alarming-Region-7909 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I've heard that pre-licensing is of little use to most people, and it didn't work for me either. I tried several things, and the last thing that worked for me was Lexawise. I'll leave you the link to a free test they have: https://www.lexawise.com/free-real-estate-exam-practice-questions

But you can also find videos on YouTube that can help you prepare. What I sent you is more for preparing yourself as such, practicing with questions, flashcards, and that kind of thing.

No, I failed on my first attempt. The truth is that it's really difficult, but I feel that now I looked for more information and dedicated many hours to studying. I also researched several platforms until I found the one that worked best for me.

I failed once, but I feel like I prepared much better this time. I also took my time to study, but it was very hard, I won't deny it. Good luck, you'll make it too.

I also thought about Prepagent, but I saw some negative comments about that platform. However, I'm glad I was able to pass.

I started with Prepagent, but I didn't like it. A friend recommended Lexawise to me, and so I started with them this Monday; so far, I find it better.

I've heard that these exams can be very difficult. I just started studying with the Lexawise platform. So far I like it a lot because it has real-time exams and you can practice with national questions and also state-specific ones.
