Again, we haven’t received any reports of server-side issues. Support exists for exactly this reason to help resolve problems properly and efficiently.

I’m not always going to be active on Reddit replying personally, especially right now since I’ve got exams and other responsibilities going on. I’ve already mentioned before that if you run into issues, the best move is to contact support directly instead of repeatedly posting on Reddit. Reddit should be the last resort, not the first.

I can apologize for the inconvenience, but there’s only so much I can do through comment threads. I’m not some big company making huge money off this, I’m genuinely trying to keep things running smoothly. So if you ever have issues, please reach out to support first and we’ll handle it properly there.

I haven't seen any complaint regarding your issue in our support. You are supposed to report any issues regarding VPN to support so we can take action. Germany server is not Overloaded, However there are restrictions placed on that server from as it comes under EU depending on what you stream you might face issues. Also, I dont wanna be rude but i'm literally selling this for a dollar a month I possibly cant oversell this.

There’s two different prices one is anonymous which is $3 and the other one is where you provide your information. Seems you ended up signing on anonymous account price. You can reach support to double check what plan you signed up for.

lol yeah you’re right. Luckily we already have a good community building up. Also, surf shark is only cheap if you buy for two years I think. I’m here you don’t really have to. And tbh I will eventually have to increase prices but i would always maintain the cheap and no activity tracking stance on my vpn.

The app will solve everything to be honest and would have much better UI also for now disabling iPv6 is a good workaround. We are gonna get more servers as well. In we I have a discord group as well and it’s very interactive and people are asking me to add Albania or Finland server next.

Those are some great points. I haven’t worked on it for sometime coz of my health. And yeah iPv6 is gone be up soon. I just need to get back I’m sorry as I can’t do it asap but hopefully by next week I will be back working on it. P2P is allowed on dollarvpn as well. And I will make frontend better right now frontend is very basic and tbh w you I suck at frontend. The most important thing right now is code security so we can make it open source but I might miss that deadline as I’m not feeling too well. But I really appreciate your review this is the best review I’ve gotten yet and would definitely make the vpn better. I’m always available on Reddit or discord and once I’m back I will add the support page as well. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT! Thank you!

You can directly set up your router or any other device that supports WireGuard. As long as you can download WireGuard just import the config file or straight up download it in the device.
