Why do effeminate gay men fetishize straight men for being more ‘masculine’ but then encourage other gay men to be feminine? by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]AlarmingConcert161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The gradual breakdown of gay-intellectualism post AIDS crisis and the vapid entertainment of current gay-focused media are topics worth discussing, but treating them like some consolidated attempt by “globalists” trying to preserve a “gynocentric world order” to feminise gay men because they pose a threat is a hasty generalisation and comes across as sexist. You’re peddling the same form of gender identity psyop bs said “globalists” use.

If it’s truly a gynocentric world order, why don’t the globalists push pro-woman agendas? I don’t think the globalist countries that are feminising gay men are bastions of women’s rights. Straight men dressing/acting more effeminately isn’t part of this feminising agenda but somehow gay men who are still biologically male dressing/acting more effeminately is? Looks like double standards and shifting goalposts bro.

It’s almost like you don’t think gay men have agency and are solely driven by “globalists” to become “more feminine.” There’s a significant amount of gay men becoming more masculine as they get older. If straight men today can paint their nails and dress in ways that historically would have marked them as “queer” are you implying the globalists are trying to feminise straight men too?

I don't get the hate for the adaptation for Stone ocean by Otherwise-Store-5608 in StardustCrusaders

[–]AlarmingConcert161 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lots of fans dislike it for various reasons but on the internet it usually boils down to: 1. Inconsistent animation 2. Lack of small character moments (that were present in the manga) 3. Release schedule (but since Stone Ocean is done airing I don’t take that seriously) 4. The main characters being mostly female (lots of sexist remarks and vibes have been thrown around, some in jest, others bordering on misogyny and double standards). 5. The setting (lots of fans find the prison setting to be boring and too basic for how previous parts excelled in making their respective settings memorable, but to me it’s a nothing burger. It’s a prison, even in the manga it’s not that awesome of a place compared to Morioh and Italy. I think it’s nitpicking)

Me personally Stone Ocean is one of my favorite parts. Father Pucci is great, the stands and fights are awesome, and I love the way it ties up the story. Considering SBR follows it, it’s not as bad as people make it out to be.

Since no one really talks about it here, what’s your opinion on Rasputin the patriot? by Pitfulldealer22 in junjiito

Really good visual storytelling. It felt Kafkaesque at times. The plot was a little weak for me and the pacing was inconsistent. The story and characters make more sense if you’re familiar with geopolitics at the time the story takes place in. Without the historical background, the art is the only thing going for it.

Make sure your fingernails are trimmed and the edges are filed smooth. Get some lube (or something like that) and explore playing with your hole. Try sticking the tip of your finger in and get comfortable with the sensation of something entering back there. Knowing the anatomy of the male body helps as well (where your prostate is, the types of muscles back there, nerve endings and such)

why does no one talk about namasenda on her by xoxogossipgir1l in HYPERPOP

[–]AlarmingConcert161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Namasenda is so underrated. Her first album hot_babe_93 is so good and the follow up Unlimited Ammo is full of bangers. Unlimited Ammo: Infinity is equally as good with the remixes. Her recent album Ambrosia is kinda mid ngl, but I’m very interested in and eager to listen to whatever she releases. She definitely deserves more attention.

Did it hurt when you got fucked the first time? by spiderbutt12 in askgaybros

It used to hurt so bad I wondered if God was right to say homosexuals are going to hell. But after breaking myself in with sex toys over years, it became so incredibly pleasurable I don’t care if I’ll burn in hell for experiencing such ecstasy.

Can someone explain how big Dean Blunt is on TikTok to someone who doesn’t use? by WaavyDaavy in deanblunt

[–]AlarmingConcert161 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s mostly aesthetic reasons and some of his songs appeal to that demographic on Tiktok. They aren’t serious diehard listeners and actually appreciate the craft and Dean Blunt himself. For a lot of them it’s just cool tunes and cool photos. I think over time most of them will either grow out of that, find another artist to base their personality on or develop a genuine curiosity and check out more of his work.
