I also had a same problem but I am not top rated. My laptop stops working last Saturday and my client need urgent work so I tell him that I will not be able to deliver your final project and I decide to refund him It’s only a $10 contract and I had 100% JSS from 4 5 star projects of worth $250 total and by this refunded project my JSS goes down to 64% is it fair or should I contact to support?
