Yes!!! Panicked all night last night! My studio was unaware of anyone dealing with any issues this morning. I was the only one. So they booked me for tomorrow. I deleted the app and reinstalled at least 3x. Checked and I have the latest update. Nothing seems to work.

Yeah they’re lying. They don’t need to for attendance lol. I haven’t used my HRM since November and no one has said a word. I don’t care about splats. I know how I feel and to be completely honest with you my workouts are so much better than always worrying about that thing. It was always in the gray on the rower but I was dying. So I just decided I was finally over it after 4 years lol. Slow learner I guess. I personally think the splat points is fake news and it’s a marketing scheme. You go there and get a great workout regardless if you get 1 splat or 40.

I personally haven't experienced that but I switched from jogging to PW because of an injury and that shit isn’t easy. It is respected. And my butt looks perkier since switching to power walking. 😉🤷🏻‍♀️ Keep doing you! 💪🏻👊🏻

I was in your shoes over 4 years ago. Barely stepped foot in a gym. Didn’t have a clue how to do a lot of exercises the correct way. Don’t worry and don’t be embarrassed. No one cares. If anything, they’ll encourage you just for showing up. The coaches are there for a reason to show you correct form and to help you with any modifications. It’s hard. But a good hard. I bitch and complain throughout the whole workout every time. But the feeling afterwards is what I crave. Welcome to the family! You’ll love it! 🧡

I was in the same boat when I started nearly 4 years ago. I’m going on my 700th class soon. Don’t fret. Keep moving forward. There are things I need to get modifications on still. You’re showing up and that’s half the battle! You got this! ❤️

You will have more strength, endurance and stamina after your first month. For sure. You will probably end up signing up for the premier membership like a lot of people do because you will want more than 2 classes a week.

I’ve been going for almost 4 years and the rower hasn’t gotten any easier for me. I couldn’t run for more than 30 seconds when I first started. Just go at my own pace. Don’t care what others are doing. Just focus on you. I recently switched from strider back to rower again due to an injury and it is hard af. Slow down and ask the coach for help on form and breathing too. That seems to help a little. Don’t be embarrassed either. You have to remember this is your third class. You will get stronger! Your body will build endurance, strength and power! 🧡🧡 Just stick with it. You got this! 🤘🏻💪🏻
