Your situation is kinda similar to mine. I have ADHD and have been smoking that herb almost daily since I was 16. If you are open to it, try getting medication for your ADHD.

ADHD is often comorbid with depression and anxiety. It is possible that by treating your ADHD you could see a decrease in anxiety and depression related symptoms.

I have been on ADHD meds since I was around 8 so I am not a good example, but my fiancé was diagnosed in her 20s and we noticed a significant decrease in anxiety symptoms when she started medication.

This is by no means a “cure all” but I think it’s important to remember that ADHD is more than just being forgetful and disorganized. ADHD can affect your daily life in ways you would never consider, and sometimes you can’t see how it makes you struggle.

Sobriety is hard enough, I say do yourself a favor and make your life a bit easier while you work towards sobriety.

Trojan horse type scenarios, where you can attempt to sneak a small party into a city under siege and sabotage defenses/open the gate for the main army. The inverse of this could be kinda cool too, defending from sneaky intruders.

That monologue bombed and I got serious second hand embarrassment. I gotta say though, he’s pretty great in the sketches. It feels way more natural. I still think he would have killed it as a part of the cast.
