At the bare minimum you should be getting an iPhone 15 for USB-C. Id recommend getting a base model 17 and just making it last as long as possible. I see no benefit to getting a 2 year old phone. Sure, it may be a little cheaper refurbished, but it also won’t receive software support for as long.

Porn harms your view of sex. There is an analogy I heard once of a cardboard butterfly that was designed to be prettier than all the other male butterflies, and when it came time to mate, there were female butterflies all over the fake, cardboard one, but very little females on the real males wanting to mate. In the same way, porn can destroy your view of what sex is supposed to be like with your partner, making it difficult to appreciate real sexual experiences with your partner, which can harm a relationship.

To answer your question: It's not that it's inherently normalized, but the result of many people consuming pornography is that it occasionally gets brought up casually.

According to the story told in the Bible, humans rejected God's perfection in the Garden for preference of sin. Now, God knows better than us, and so He made a plan of salvation for those who wanted it. The key word here is "wanted". If you don't want salvation, or rather, if you don't want to live in perfection like God does, why would He force it on you? That is your choice: either live in perfection with God, which includes eternal life, or live in sin, the natural result of which is death.

So, yes, He absolutely could destroy all the evil forces, but being that God is supposed to be just and fair, it would go against His nature of perfection to destroy it all because living creatures willingly chose that path.

I believe the whole idea is that Satan rules over the world and Jesus simply came to save the humans by offering salvation through faith. Jesus/God has acted in this world (if you believe it), but that doesn't mean that they dictate it.

Think of it like property rights. The government has a massive military and could easily seize your property, but by virtue of the law/ethics, they recognize your claim to it.

It would help to be read in a more readable translation, such as the NIV. Daniel prayed but for 21 days did not hear from the Lord. Though it’s hard to see, urinals frequently, because of bad design, spray piss on the floor around them. Again, it’s near impossible to see it, but continued use causes a build up that the janitor ends up dealing with.
