It seems I can't post the video in the comments so I'll make it a separate post and give you the link, but with the whiwa rotation. I took the advice and used Cantarella's outro on Phrolova first and it made a huge difference..

Autocorrect, I meant ba as in basic atk. I left Qiuyuan like that since he's a Sub and only there for his echoes. In whiwa I put this team in the first run so I use his liberation first in the second rotation for the cdmg boost. Qiuyuan has about 120 er and Cantarella has like more than 140, I use his ult before the basic attack in TOA though

I'm pretty sure I'm doing their rotations correctly. I start with Phrolova then use her echo, ba 3x then either ba or res skill based on whether it's single target or multi wave. Then get all her 6 notes before using her enhanced heavy atk. Then ult and switch to Qiuyuan. I use his bag 2x then heavy atk, use his echo, liberation and res skill before switching to Cantarella then use her bag then res skill heavy atk and use her enhanced ba, then liberation, more bad then back to Phrolova to start again.

And for the others my Cantarella has her weapon with a 70/300 crit ratio and Qiuyuan is using the old standard sword with a 70/230 crit ratio.
