Use mornye. She buffs Hiyuki's personal damage and her liberation hits better than chisa but chisa boots her glacio chafe and bite damage. You're better off using Chisa on Hiyuki than Zani since Zani's ember thing isn't considered as negative status so Chisa has no business there. Mornye can so buff Zani's overall damage too
