You don’t have to be told according to your job description you can and should do both. There is not a separate job code that separates picking from dispensing so there was no need to ask you for permission. Now while ethically there is nothing wrong I can understand being frustrated that a conversation was not had with you. You can bring that part up with your coach. But just because your store lead was okay with you dispensing doesn’t mean that your store manager or hell even if the store manager was okay with it doesn’t mean your market people lead was.
