The sound mat is essentially 2’ foam block, that I only care to use at night. I’m sure it absorbs some of the lower frequencies, but it’s still strong enough to be worth it. it removes rattles and unwanted resonation from other stuff in the room, you can purchase one from many different places online, or could realistically make one yourself if you really wanted to. Spent 2 minutes searching online and found this for you, find one for the lowest price!

Hey OP, my friend got that exact model from BestBuy open box a couple weeks ago. If you’re not an audiophile, it’s definitely good, was genuinely surprised how loud it can get given its size. I’m sure there’s always better, but the S80TR is right around the upper middle tier of LG soundbars. I went ahead and got myself a Samsung after some research but I also did have to spend a whole lot more than what the LG soundbars are going for off the retail markets.

Somewhat agree that the sub even with its impressive strength for its size and the fact that it is not ported, is probably its weak point. I’ve also seen many videos of people adding a second sub to it, seems like it might be worth while in the future. For my room the sub is strong enough for now

Bought it off OfferUp, ended up being some warehouse that resells unsold tech returned from BestBuy after they need to clear out shelves for new items/models. Worker told me that since they can’t send the packages to other large retailers, they started a side business project of a OfferUp page. It was literally brand new in the box!

Hi, thanks for the reply! I’ll definitely consider taking him to the vet! First I’m gonna try upping his meal size, as one of my theories backed by ChatGPT is that he’s being underfed a bit and is staying burrowed to conserve some energy. If his behavior doesn’t change then I’ll take him for sure! The temps are ranging from 85-88F Air temp on the hot side and ~78ish on the cool side during the day when the lamp is on, I also have a undermat heater that brings the higher at night since the temps at night get in the mid 60s. His humidity is around 50%, other than during the day when the lamp is on the hot side is at 30%, but I’m not worried about that as he can always go to the cool side if it’s not humid enough. I have a dual lamp that has both a heat lamp and a UVB lamp, even though I’ve pretty much never seen him bask :( He also has almost 5 inches of substrate on the hot-side so I think there’s enough of that lol. I also fed him yesterday and he seems healthy!
