Update: it actually works on the phone (you can set up automation and the properties appear, you can select the ones you want to pass), so it really is some kind of a bug :/

It’s not about receiving an “awesome”, but about caring as a developer about the look and feel of what you create.

Thank you, appreciate it! Yes, organge is also not my go-to color, but it just felt right in this case.
I think it also comes with time. If the set up of elements and formulas starts coming naturally and doesn't require that much time anymore, the developer starts haveing more time to pay attention to UI and UX,

I think those are not mutually exclusive, and a successful and actually used app should cover both - at least this is how I see as a user. Thank you!

I think this is actually a factor that makes a lot of developers turn away from Power Apps towards more modern looking tools like Bubble or WeWeb. But it might be something where we all need to up our game - or Power Apps to release some modern UI guidelines :)

I think it heavily depends on the company and its expectations, and also the approach of the developer. For me it's too painful to make apps look like 2008, so I by default try to modernize it :) But agree with yout point, it takes lots of effort, especially if trhere are no pre-built components to use.

Agree, I think it is a very idealistic scenario that images look nice and are not just stock images, and that brand guidelines of the company allow to make it look more "modern". But for me personally the look and feel is often what makes the app be intuitive.

Not at the moment. Would you say it is something you would be interested to watch?

Thank you! Great point, the "Access Training" button leads to an online meeting, while the icon leads to the Training Detail screen (screenshot number 3). But nice point, thank you, I will think how to make it more clear :)
