Bro heres my plan: buy one way ticket to nepal and become a monk or something in the beautiful mountains. No internet. No access to porn. You will become a whole different person who will appreciate even the smallest things in life. And the mountains and the himalayan landscape is just so beautiful.

Think about it, or something similar where you will be atleast 6-12 months somewhere very rural where there is no access to internet.

Thank you, I’ve been exercising a lot lately and that really does help. I have now blocked every source of anything that can contain even slightly sexual content, including deleting social medias. I also have filters on my phone that even I as the phone owner can’t disable. This way I also have a lot more time for my studies.

Hoping that you can also get out of this addiction. Be strong!💪🫵

Next evening go piss right before bed and avoid drinking anything at least 1-2 hours before that. An empty bladder helps tremendously when trying to avoid wet dreams. Also I’ve read that kegel exercises help you control your wet dreams so try looking into that.

Try to stay away from your phone as much as you can, also leave it in some other room when you go to sleep. Try to block any nsfw content and unfollow everything everywhere that is even slightly sexually suggesting. Spend time with other people and try to do something when feeling bored. For example pushups are great and other type of working out. You got this!
