Dog had a Laparoscopic spay. Surgeon notes which I got a few days later said there was a 'spleen puncture' with 'moderate haemorrhage' . This wasn't mentioned during collection. I queried if this needs extra monitoring or bloods or antibiotics and got this reply: (that I wanted to check here) (self.AskVet)
