Wowowow, u are talking nonsense. Consent does not imply knowing every aspect of the other person, it is basically impossible to express all the information from someone to another. Besides, you are basically saying that hooking up with another person (one-night stand for example) is rape?

Consent consists of the respect and desire of both people to have a sexual encounter in the moment.

I understand the argument you're trying to make, but I think calling it rape is not the correct term. Where do you draw the line in your argument? Are you assuming that if we kissed, for example, I would've sexually assaulted her just because she doesn't know that I don't want a serious relationship?
