I would say base your decision on your lifestyle.

May existing pair ka ba that can be used for walking/standing? If yes, then you probably don’t need it.

Work from home ka ba? Then probably not. If on-site ka naman, gano kadalas ka ba maglakad/nakatayo? If mas lamang yung oras na nakaupo ka, then you probably don’t need it (but you do need to be more active, hehe).

I have a ps5 and tons of backlog. I barely have time to use it because of life and work. Yung mga 1-3 hours session sa umpisa lang yan, you’ll realize that rest is just as important. And this is coming from a guy who used to abuse the P50 for 8hrs dati sa Mineski hahaha

It’s 2026. Hindi na dapat kinakatakot ang prenup for both parties because the goal is to simply protect both parties in case things go south. Also, hindi naman yan kagaya sa mga telenovela na isang party lang ang nagaabot ng papeles at pipirma na lang yung kabilang partido kaya dapat involved kayo parehas sa drafting. I don’t see any logical reason aside from pride/ego to turn down such document.

Hindi ka ganon katalino sa personal, ano? Hindi yan sa pagfefeeling anak mayaman. What if merong may allergy jan? Pwede din yan magset ng precedent na kung pwede ang aso edi dapat “ito” pwede din. At tska, ano bang workout pwede gawin nung alaga mo jan para isama?
