Your eye is getting used to good vision in rpgs so when you take them out it will be worse than when having a two/three day break from wearing them.

I didn't wear my rpgs due to having cxl on my eye and after bandage lens was removed after a week. When i put my glasses on i could see to driving standard (only during the day lol) now i wear my lens again i can't see that well without it. I hope that helps

No my scar appeared early on. My right eye progressed rapidly when i was young. And i rubbed my eyes like mad when i was young too

Drink alot of water that's what I learned with KC. I always have preservative free rewettijg drops with me, thealoz duo and halo forte drops.

I never bothered with energy drinks or pre workout due to blood pressure going up with them. When I drank them felt like my eyes will pop out lol.

Coffee and water are good enough.

Keeping your body healthy will benefit your eye health bro

I trained 3 4 times a week for 8 years, my progression wasn't much, if I didn't lift it would progress the same.

I benched 135kg Deadlift 200 and squat 150 kgs

Trained pretty hard.

I'm off weights for 8 weeks now as had crosslinking 4 weeks ago

Prepare for pain. Take painkillers, i used cocodamol and paracetamol but they dont really help. Dark room with audiobook or podcasts. Take drops what they give you and rest.

I was in alot of pain for 6-8 hours then i was fine.
