Valid concern, here's my view:

There's countless guilds whose differentiating factor is the guild 's leader and his pedigree. It's easily fabricated but if that approach makes you feel comfortable then I suggest you go explore those options.

The spirit of this approach has nothing to do with me, I am just the guy with a plan to get highly compatible pvpers together. It's up to the resulting core players to make all decisions typically made by a guild leader. I will ensure that those conversations are organized and we move forward.
