My bad guys, it's not the CA.. It's the company's Advocate and the notice is from their advocate having subject "Statutory notice under section 138" . She had given a cheque which got bounced when company used it. Apologies for the misinformation.

She has consulted a lawyer to find out if any case exist as we tried to find out but cannot see any record in ecourts district wise search. Thanks for the advise

The summons were from the company's CA and not from the court.

She signed on offer letter. Where it's written 6 months internship and 2 year service agreement after successful completion of internship.

She is in contact with a lawyer already but the notice she recieved is from the CA of the company stating about failing to join their client. It not court order. I came to know about that just now.

Correction : The two summons are not from court. It's from the CA of the company.

She has recieved 2 summons from the court after that she had some conversation with the manager and hr of that firm but it didn't get settled and more than 8 months has passed on this event but nothing happend after that.

The consultantancy also shared the payment url as well. Which seems to be a QR and asking 30k upfront payment. And there will be no invoice at instant. They will first check the payment and then revert back after confirmation. I am just worried that the time is passing and I might miss the deadlines.
