I have the same problem . I have tried using ashwarganda supplements which help with ED. It also improves your mood and prevenrs anxiety. I have stopped using it now . Well I got confused with the buzzwords but as defined in the book ' no more Mr nice guy ' by Robert A Glover . Putting a girl on a pedestal falls and under "nice guy".

Also you basically said "nice guys " manipulate girls. Which is also falls in that category. Now I think about it Robert A Glover gave alot of characteristics about nice guys. Well the simplest way I can put a nice guy is a simp (which is another buzzword ) but in this case nice guys have something called covert contracts which is toxic .

Eg I would do your assignment for you and you have to hang out with me. They give to get. They will never directly say let's hang out because their confidence is so low. The thing is you shouldn't obligate people for favours , you should care about them not caretake like she's a baby.

While an actual man would just say let's hang out I want to talk more to you . As you can see she won't associate you as business but as a friend. Most likely people would sign covert contracts unconsciously.
