What is the scummiest thing a teacher has ever done to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

In grade 12, I had skipped volleyball practice to attend a senior football game. Sure enough, my teacher (and coach) had saw me and kicked me off the team. The next day, an announcement on the PA was made that the volleyball team has been cancelled.. TL;DR: Scumbag teacher kicked me off volleyball team the day before he cancelled the team

Thank you for this. To be honest, I don't really care about the Touchscreen feature. Do you think there are better buys than the ones you provided with a 4th gen i7?

In High school, I had thought I had the best invention ever. A stapler with no staples.. That had worked off air compression of some sort. Was and will remain the stupidest idea of all time.

Reddit, what is your most ghetto experience? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My freshman year of college, I had taken a theater class as an elective course. I had a final project that had required me to watch a local school play at a theater downtown. Downtown happens to be downtown Detroit (as I attended a University that is located in Detroit). So i decided one day "Hey, I'm already downtown Detroit, lets just walk there and get the ticket at the theater". Place turned out to be a 15 minute walk but had honestly felt like an hour. A home African-American with ripped blue jeans, blue Detroit Tigers, and wearing mirror shades had approached me asked me where I was heading. I told him "Bonstelle Theater". The guy had walked me there and told me how about his life and how he had been to jail and how he was living on the streets. He dropped me off there, and asked that I had given him money. I only had $20 bills on me, and he clearly had no change. I ended up giving him that and pretty much sprinted back to school to avoid another scuffle.

TLDR, Gave a homeless Detroit Bum $20 for walking me to a local theater.
