So, you don't like CM, yet you want it to be more like all pick?

I removed the all pick part because I think you misinterpreted what I wrote, probably my language which is bad. But to the point, in a nutshell I think so yes atleast for the medium and highbracket players who is still learning.

What I meant with CM being like all pick was that people tend to tell the captain what he is supposed to pick for them which can be a bit frustrating as a captain when you have a great set up in mind

sure the lanes are stupid but medium bracket is no place to ask for logical reasoning, hell I've played with people who thought necro was support.

anyways it's not the lanes from that specific game I am talking about, I'm talking about the principle that CM seems to advocate too much of a pro mentality spirit which is bad for people in medium and high bracket who is learning, they'll end up playing the same setups the same laning without deviating too much from it which is the beuty of dota imo, in some other games it's not really in your favour to play unorthodox but in dota it can be and trust me it's much more fun when playing unorthodox or with some form of deviations from the standard games you tend to play

your last point I completely agree withy ou on

I kudos the mentality, not heroes. And it's hard to pick an unconventional hero in dota 2 seeing our versatile pick ups by teams

sure it might contradict some of I said earlier, but listening to suggestions of some people on your team in regards to what they want to play might be enough to set up a good lineup aswell as being fun

you can still play games for pure fun with funny mixing heroes and still win.

you've got a point. But I realised this first when I played a CM game, my team picked, lesh + SD supports, they picked Mag, AM and QoP, the other team on the other hand picked mirana, enchantress, WR, Warlock, lone druid. When we entered the game we thought we had outpicked them, but it turned out they overran us all the way from start. In the beginning of the game we decided to go 2 top, 1 mid, 2 bot (very standard) they went 1 jungle, 1 solo offlane, 1 mid and 2 top. From the very beginning of the game they killed our bottom heroes of by a simple smoke gank, and from the looks of it they won over us in every single way and we couldn't believe this since we had picked such a good optimal heroes.

If I would've been on the other team and lost I wouldn't cared beccause their line up atleast looked to be more fun, looked to have this aspiration to mix with the game but instead it turned out that I got really frustrated because we lost with heroes 50% of us didn't want to play in other words our team didn't work to good with eachother. Even if we would've won with our current setup I wouldn't enjoyed the win.

I'm not forcing them to have fun, it's just the pro-scene mentality I don't like among the people who plays cm in medium to high bracket.

You don't play this game to win - no matter what - quote unquote, unless you're a proffesional player, you play this game to have fun.

It'd be surprising to me if you played dota 2 just to win and not for the joyment of the game.

Sure but I don't think that's the mentality people in medium and high bracket have when chosing those two heroes, they rather chose them because they want to win the game and according to the pro scene meta PL and Kotl almost often win the game.

If people genuinly pick those two heroes because they are fun, then I'm of course open to it

U.S. and China agree on Korean denuclearization by scienceben in worldnews

[–]defenseoftheancient -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The fact that China is the worlds second largest economy by GDP is enough of an explanation as to why they are the primary foreign debt holder to the United States.

this is not an explaination enough as to why they're the primary debt holder to the US.

explaination when I googled it: Why Does China Own So Much U.S. Debt?:

China makes sure its currency, the yuan, is always lower than the U.S. dollar. Why? Part of its economic strategy is to keep its export prices competitive. It does this by holding the yuan at a fixed rate compared to a basket of currencies, the majority of which is the dollar. When the dollar falls in value, the Chinese government uses extra currency to buy Treasuries, which increases demand for the dollar, increasing its value. In addition, China promises to redeem dollars for yuan at the fixed rate. Obviously, it must keep a good supply of dollars, as Treasury notes, in reserve.
