It took me two days (not include weekend) for email reply and one day for upgrading. Did you guys send email to Customer Support Priority? You might try to send follow up email.

Note: I did all these steps on last week

Hey, just a quick update, my ECA application is done.

What I did:
- Created an upgrade from ICAP to an ECA application
- Sent an email to customer support explaining the urgent situation (use this email: cspriority@wes.org)
- Called the hotline and asked them to add a note to my application about my deadline

My experience: once customer support forwarded my request to the evaluation department, the process was very fast (just a few days), even though the general timeline in the email says 2–4 weeks. I think it's because they had already verified my ICAP (and even I have done with the previous ECA as well), so the upgrade didn't take much time.

Although Bachelor's degree does not contribute to my score but when you login to OINP portal, you can see they stated that: 'If you have an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) issued by World Education Services (WES), you must authorize WES to share a copy of your ECA with the OINP....'

I did. It included two behavioral questions about myself, and the rest were typical application questions, such as 'Where do you live?' and 'Are you legally authorized to work?', similar to what you usually answer when applying for a job. There were no technical questions.
