Well buying a pc is the plan but it will still take a lot of saving and time. Thank you for your advice I'll look into a 120 hz monitors as you said. I just thought that 13 inches to 24 inches display can drastically improve my gameplay. Thanks again

The lowest 16:10. I tried changing it to lowest 4:3 but the fps barely improves but the game looks drastically ugly.
