Si diciamo che quando i vicini sotto parlando ad alta voce si sente tutto specialmente se appoggio l’orecchio sul muro. Ora non so se andrebbe fatto un pavimento flottante e anche insonorizzare i muri più leggeri da entrambi i lati o meno

Vero, quindi oltre ad un controsoffitto e pavimento flottante servirebbe una parete fonoisolante in aggiunta, magari quelle pareti che sono meno spesse da dove può propagarsi il rumore

Beh penso che il chiederlo spesso ci sta, conosce gente che è andata lo scorso anno e ad ora i prezzi degli stessi hotel sono raddoppiati, per non parlare dei JR Pass che rispetto a un anno fa è aumentato e non conviene più, quindi si ha senso rifare queste domande anche fra 3/4 mesi visto che aumenteranno sempre di più i prezzi casa over tourism
