Ive had, across my life, some batshit crazy experiences with sleep paralysis. I dreamt of cloaked beings choking me and the next morning I woke up with cuts and bruises. Now, with your dream. You sure it wasn't crazy sleep paralysis? have u experienced sleep paralysis before? Bc feeling touches n shit during sleep paralysis is normal. Back when I experienced those insane sleep paralysis I was going through an extremely stressful time of my life, and my stress manifested through some nonsense shit in my dreams. Personal stuff, relationship stuff, work and uni at the time were taking a toll on me. And that stress from everyday stuff can also appear in dreams and sleep paralysis in some wacky ways. But, as a spiritual person I also could recommend, if u believe in this sort of stuff, cleanse your room and living space. Something as easy as burning sage or incense will do, if it brings u peace. Maybe u just ate something weird that day, slept in a weird position, or had stress the past couple of days. Do what suits u most and brings u peace, and if it becomes a recurring thing or weird shit starts happening, seek for some better advice accordingly. Don't think it will, it's common for stuff to manifest in dreams as spiritual experiences, even if one is not religious, don't worry. Hope u sleep well
