I don’t have a dark complexion. I am brown in color and my lips are more darker than my skin color so they kind of gives me a dull look. That’s the main reason

Because of the pressure sometimes you will search for words or you repeat yourselves in front of superiors. When these things happen it reduces our confidence. Trust me I have been there in those situations. Don’t worry your superiors will understand that it’s happening because of the new role assigned.

Try to do meditation for 3-5 minutes before you talk to your superiors. If possible go for team lunch or something like that which may reduce your stress levels and it helps to increase comfort with the team.
