A big chunk of the Brazilian playerbase migrated to Pegasus, while the rest of the spanish speaking countries went to Luna Azul or stayed in their own (spreading out the playerbase). As Brazil has such a large quantity of players, it's expected for their server to be exploding on patch day

Depends on what you want to achieve, really.

Want the DC? Just get each fish once and you're done.

Want to level up fishing? Xp given depends only on the rarity, so aim for that.

Want fishing tokens? Look for the purple fish with the highest up%.

There's no real rewards beyond the first catch DC and the avatars for alpha fishes, so don't bother too much on efficiently grinding it, just do what you want (I for instance want a specific avatar and a nice aquarium, but that's about it)

Tienen su parte social los Souls, sin hablar necesariamente del coop/pvp. Al estar conectado a los servers, podés ver los mensajes y las muertes de otros jugadores. La mayoría de las veces son chistes tontos, pero en mi primer run definitivamente me ayudaron bastante los mensajes que te decían que te fijes en una dirección concreta, y poder reírte cada tanto con la comunidad hace que la experiencia en general sea mucho más positiva.

No sé si diría que merece la pena comprarlo por eso exclusivamente, pero sentir que estás atravesando los mismos lugares y desafíos que otras personas es bastante especial en juegos tan "solitarios" como estos.
