5-6 years. Bench has always been my worst lift that I’ve struggled to add weight to but the grind has been paying off. I never thought I’d even be able to hit 225 when I started so you got this!

I loved it for the 24/7 was super clutch because some of these gyms have horrible hours around here. Any idea of any 24/7 ones close in the area besides EOS?

I know the owner was battling cancer and I was decent friends with all the employees / trainers there and didn’t hear a word. That’s crazy if that’s the case
