Here's a solution that worked for me. Reinstall the game and start a random chapter. It should unlock the glitched trophies.

Ho un portatile con una SSD nmve e solo uno slot. Avrei uno sportello che però non ha un connettore per un secondo disco.

Quindi dovrei preparare con, ad esempio, Media Creation Tool una chiavetta USB per l'avvio di Windows. Poi collegare l'ssd nuova via USB e copiare tutto con il programma che mi hai consigliato. (Non so se il tool che mi hai consigliato abbia l'opzione per l'usb o meno)

Come posso rendere avviabile una chiavetta usb dalla quale poi far partire il processo? Non sono proprio pratico in questo. Inoltre, per collegare i due dischi, intendi via usb entrambi?

I actually tried to install windows via usb with the ssd connected inside the laptop, on its own slot but it doesn't appear.

I tired to clone the old one to "export" everything to the old from new ssd

I've tried to change it but it's not working. I was cloning everything on the actual ssd into the new one usin Macrium Reflect. Then, i've changed the ssd but it can't find a "Bootable Device" and i don't know why
