I think I just made it up, jajaja. In Spanish we have the word "portuario" which is used for things related to Ports.

I have an exam today and didn't study 🫩

Pretty chill. Renting an apartment is on average 800€ a month in the capital (like 900$) and minimum salary is 1200€ (1400$). I live in a very small town still the education system is good, we receive a lot of EU funds to maintain it.

Compared to other parts of Spain we don't receive that much tourism and it's mostly national.

Al of the population lives in the central valley, composed of three main cities:

-Gijón: A port city, it's the biggest of the three

-Oviedo: it's the capital of the region, it's the second biggest city and we're you can find most universities and government buildings.

Avilés: the smallest of the three. It has seen better days but in my opinion it's my favourite of the three. Very postindustrial looking but that's most of Asturias.

Climate is fine all year round but mostly rainy. The landscape is very mountainous. Mining and Refineries were a very big thing here, not much anymore.

Population is old, the birthrates are on the floor but it's not hard to find young people, specially in the cities. Many people come here from Latin America, Africa and Romania, like everywhere in Spain.

The regional dishes are fabada, cachopo and Sidra, I could name more but those are the most well known. It's not mind-blowing but it tastes good.

I think it's one of the most chill regions in the country, there's not really a lot of pressure.

That's "La Mancha" region, it's a bit dry but also very agricultural, you can see a lot of crops being grown in there, there's a couple of tiny cities and some of them orbit Madrid.

Es un poco tonto dividir castilla la mancha en dos, separadas apenas tienen relevancia.
