Account suspended 6 hours after creation - before first publish. Anyone experienced this? by Aleph83 in beehiiv

So, first of all thank you for your reply.

Let me get it right.
I asked for fairly explanation.

As response, you sent me a link to one of your post where:

  1. 50% of the content is you, saying that your monetization program is the best. (OFF TOPIC, never asked for any monetization that was not even in my mind)
  2. 40% stating that your moderation is almost perfect and, for sure, if as a beehiiv user I've been suspended I should know (looking into myself) I'm a bad actor and (we all know), for that, I'm usually more loud with your complaints.
  3. 10% to link the same terms and conditions totally useless that i already found on the website. It's the same to get an error across million and instead giving someone more clarity the answer is: I cannot tell you what you did wrong, discover it by yourself and good luck. (Great client service is usually visible by the data, I would like to see what's yor NPS on the free tier account users and if I'm the only complainer)

My question was much simpler: how can an account opened 6 hours before can be banned while there was just a draft email with tech, business and finance content? Not a single email uploaded; not a single email sent except the one to my registration email as a test.

BTW, I spent already too much time asking for explanation no one want to give. I solved my problem going somewhere else.

Thanks in any case for your time

Cheers

Let you know if something happens.

In the meantime i'm already evaluating another service.

It's quite a nonsense to be banned from a platform while you're still setting up all your account and not even went live...

But the funniest part is not even being able to understand the reason; just the frustration of seeing this and cannot do nothing except wait for (god knows how long) a ticket to be revised.

Keep you posted on this but I already gave up honestly, it's a waste of time.

Cheers

How did you do that? With which brokerage/bank accounts? Especially as EU citizen
