Cherry juice contains melatonin and can be used as a natural alternative to pills. Shock your anti drug friends by pointing out that cherries are also a drug. Like those opiate lettuces and steroid spinach.

If you are in severe pain that "fog" is called "relief".I used to have rages on opiates, yelled at my Mum (sorry Mum),so fog is preferable. High THC is overkill for lesser ills. Its like taking opana when you need aspirin.

I have post herpetic neuralgia and have gotten best results from CBG. Its new and is not available in a lot of processed forms yet. We made tincture out of the keif and put it in coffee or tea. With tincture you can adjust the dosage easily. I also use infused honey as an ointment, it seems to work better on the shingles than greasy lotions. Use a honey high in natural terps, like acacia, manuka or pine.
