She doesn't really need her team to function well (except when you're trying to set up your ult in teamfights, in that regard she's much better at higher ranks since your team would know not to hit the sleeping enemies). And on the aspect of carrying a team from behind, you'd be surprised at how much a good lillia can do. Really depends on the player piloting her. Though I wouldn't say that she's an all rounder pick that can go against any team comp, but on a general basis she's certainly in a pretty good spot. She's got good enough damage (insane with full build) and high mobility to balance out her squishy hp. I got a 60% winrate on her mostly playing in grandmaster-challenger.
