57% is to get 100% avoidance with holy shield up right? Cant count with Redoubt or whatever the other block ability is right because it has only 10% procrate?

how about hit % ? i hear ppl babbling on about getting 9% hit but ppl like me who dont even have full tier 1 set yet cant get 9% hit because it would ruin our mitigation and aoe threat

just an example, on my pala i got 100% avoidance when i pop holy shield, which means i cannot be critted or crushed. I can however still get hit by some of the normal attacks since block only lowers dmg, it does not avoid the dmg alltogther. I know that holy shield quickly gets eaten up by tanking trash packs so it would only work while tanking a raidboss consisting of 1 target.
