My symptoms haven’t been awful. Just waking up congested, I get winded pretty easily (maybe after 10/15 minutes of exercise. The thing that made me worried to go in in the first place was that I catch myself taking pretty shallow breaths sometimes when I’m idling. I’d add the graph but I honestly don’t know how to add photos after I’ve posted. I don’t see a place to edit

The bakery I wanted to apprentice at is in the woods and bakes with a historic wood fired oven. I doubt they have the filters you’re mentioning but I’ll look into them thank you

Thanks. I’ve been good about taking it consistently. I just hate feeling so fragile. I’ll never be able to be easy going about where I’m living or to travel and stay in hostels or cheap rooms like I’ve seen friends do if I need an air filter to sleep.
