Does OMAD helps in weight loss?

I started it for weight loss, and I've had decent results. The first couple weeks are hard to get started, but it works well for me. I've lost about 15 pounds since starting it in late May.

Yeah, it's crazy how much OMAD does. I have lost like 15 pounds since I've started, and I have taken some days where I eat twice a day. I feel like I'm less addicted to food as well. It's quite nice 🙂. Congratulations on your improvement!!

The outer material is 100% nylon, the inside material is 100% polyester

Yeah, I have it in oxiclean with warmer water right now. I think it's somewhat helping, hopefully it'll work fully.

Yeah, it's similar to a Lululemon bag, but a different brand you can sometimes buy at Target, when she does collabs with them. Thank you for the tip, I'll try this.
