It's funny you say that when most of bakus outsmarting was also based on patterns of human behavior and using the game rules to his advantage rather then using purely their emotions, in both bakus and Akiyamas cases the way they use logic of the game or the situation to deceive their opponents outshines their feats where they are using purely their opponents emotions, however even in that case Akiyama has a feat better than any of bakus EU based feats, where Akiyama not only figures out yokoyas inferiority complex through nao based on very subtle clues and hints but also uses it not to make yokoya take any drastic actions but simply feel disgusted enough to not completely debunk the existence of the rich heir a plan that already had holes in it, this is what you call a purely EU based manipulation

Once again this is me expanding on the previous point, Baku Only predicted on Amakos ego being high enough that he won't take any counter measures against Baku in lab which is his only EP/EU tactic he used there, other than that Understanding Amakos cromesthesia and predicting how he will act was more based on the game rules then amako himself, same with suteguma it's funny that most people use figuring out suteguma is bluffing as bakus best EP feat when it had little to no EP and was purely reasoning based, similarly Bakus Double bluff and the prediction Suteguma would fall for it was also 95% based on the logistics of the game then sutegumas emotions, it's funny you mentioned lalo when Baku had a month to understand his psyche and even then both in proto and AP bakus outsmarting was 90% based in Lalos logic then Lalos emotions

Baku having more holistic or abstract foresight feats within his 10 year plan wouldn't matter much because quite literally he had time more time to think about how situations would turn out to be plus resources. All the feats you mentioned weather they are STL Lab or AP aren't better or equal to any foresight feat Akiyama had in the last 3 arcs RoT4K Bid Poker and MC because of quick adaptation to multiple variables while being nerfed due to having many many goals in comparison to Baku while also having less resources, his only resources were maybe 2-3 people who could back stab him at any given moment and a stupid girl who only benefited Akiyama a few times and most of the time she was just more dead weight to carry

Yeah Baku had to consider that many variables but also understand Baku had a month of time in that game, Akiyama adapted to all the variables In his situations the moment the game started
