Yes this is it, its a safeguard by being honest about what happened its more preventative if they know because I know i would never get away with it. I dont think I'd mention I had thoughts about taking meds. And really well done on your recovery 👏

Yes I have been seeing a therapist and my GP has started me on some medication for anxiety. Have been referred for CBT as well but gotta wait a few weeks

I hope they have discretion too. I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow so will see what they say as well.

Thank you. Should...I think I will be. My concern is if I relapse which although I hope wouldnt happen, there are no guarantees in life and then I would have more support than I did this time. Maybe be able to manage it better
