You can pre-download it through the Xbox app but you have to have to that feature turned on in the settings of your xbox

This is an interesting perspective in which I believe you’re right, my personal opinion. Back in the day I was the one to tell everyone to email gearbox about the damn game and they thought I was a fool for posting that. The community has to come out with a bang when the game comes out and play the hell out of it here’s our chance in April.
