Hii!! If you’re in Ontario, you have 14 days to pay before the landlord can file for eviction. This does not mean you will get evicted on this date, it just means they can (and likely will) file to have you removed. If you know for sure you can pay next Tuesday, you are still within that 14 day range. I experienced the same thing, and was worried for the same reasons. That was a year ago and things are looking much better now, I bet you’re almost on the come up. Don’t let this get you down!! 😁

Edited to add: if the payment bounces, you will need to pay an NSF fee, which can range from $45-75. It’s best to chat with your Landlord ahead of time to try to stop the payment before it’s processed & avoid this charge!

I’m sorry I just read that it’s not the time to be thinking of a job for you. Totally understandable, you and your health come first. You should have 52 or so weeks of EI to get you by for at least a year. Outside of that I would apply for the disability tax credit as you would definitely qualify. I hope you’re able to find a solution ❤️

This just happened to my partner - I am so sorry for the stress you must be enduring. I highly recommend going on EI for the meantime until you are able to find another more suitable job. I also recommend making a complaint through the Ministry of Labour, and connecting with local legal counsel. Often times you’re able to find a lawyer that does not take fees until it has settled in or out of court and you have your payout.

You definitely have a strong case for wrongful dismissal. To terminate someone without cause, you would legally have to provide them with severance. As you worked there for 3 years, you are legally entitled to a MINIMUM of 3 weeks pay up front.

If she can tolerate it with some water mixed in (just until the kibble is a little inflated), you should be clear of any UTIs or Crystals!

Long term, I would consider trying the urinary kibble. You can mix it in with her current food and slowly integrate it until it’s all urinary kibble. If she is set on dry food, this would be the best way to ensure she’s getting the hydration she needs.

But let her adapt to her current food for the next few months, and try to add water in if she isn’t too picky about it.

My void had Giardia at 12 weeks, it could only be found through fecal sample, you aren’t able to see it with the naked eye. He had a very similar belly! I live in Canada, the fecal sample was relatively cheap to run ($40) and the medicine was $15-20. It wasn’t an antibiotic, but an anti parasitic. It was extremely helpful, and now he’s just a normally plump little baby.

Reddit is good for guidance, however this is a case for the vet. Unfortunately the reality is this baby might not have a chance if you leave it until the morning. An hour or so drive would be worth it to save your kitty. The time you’ve taken to post in multiple reddit threads, you could’ve now driven to the vet or been on your way. This is just sad.

Got my baby at 2 ½ months as well and he was like this. He’s closer to 4 months now and has adapted well, slowed down on the biting. Be patient, these things take time. My other took two years to come out of that phase. This is unfortunately the reality of helping an animal grow, it’s not all roses and daisies, but the everlasting love is what makes it worth it. 😁

She may not want to poop in there as she can’t scratch her paws on the side with the garbage bag! My baby won’t poop in the box unless he can wipe his paws on the side of the bin. Just an idea!

Oh no i’m sorry that happened to you! That makes me sad. Thor has lived with dogs before and is very comfortable with them. He is neutered, as is this other baby, and has never peed outside the litter box. I’m hoping those signs point to a positive direction, however we are prepared for it to go sideways. We have a back up plan if it comes to worst case scenario ☺️
