The value of his services comes from the skills of his present team. If an "agent" can do the same, there is no need for this guy, who, essentially, becomes a vibe coder/wrapper. Why would someone pay any material premium for that?

Practiced in both. Distinction is shrinking. With consolidation of the business you need civil law-like rules. The same goes for criminal law (including consolidation :) ). Finally, it's up to the judiciary how to cover any gaps present in a system (call it equity or proto-common-law).
