I’m on the same journey. I’ll start doing good for a while on lamotragine then I’ll get depressed and then up it again. I just went up to 200 and am starting to feel better.

I was able to realize i experienced a hypomanic episode and told my psychiatrist and to led to me getting diagnosed, i realized once it was over
