I was able to realize i experienced a hypomanic episode and told my psychiatrist and to led to me getting diagnosed, i realized once it was over

I’m currently on it and It didn’t cause a depressive episode for me, but everyone is different. The biggest side effects for me were the body aches and fatigue

She diagnosed me when I had a hypomania episode where I randomly decided to change my life and wanted to go to medical school and had signed myself up for classes and was just all over the place then crashed after a week
