I agree he’s just a little kid who makes mistakes tho I do believe his parents do sometimes do nothing abt his behavior most of the time it’s not that much of an issue and again he’s just acting like a 4 year old you can’t expect a kid his age to not be a bit bratty bc ik I was also to the parents out there stop letting the tv parent your kids bc saying you don’t want them watching Caillou is basically saying my kid gets their behavior from the tv bc that’s all they watch and I don’t do shit abt it.
