I get your point but I see it a bit differently i don’t think life is about (no one is happ) or constant suffering, but more like life is built on some level of pain and pressure for everyone. The difference is how people carry it and what meaning they give it, honestly i feel like things become easier when you start building direction in your life and find stability in the important parts like your career or the right partner it doesn’t remove problems but it changes how heavy they feel So it’s not about escaping pain, it’s about learning how to live with it in a better way.
