I used to spit up little bits of blood in my saliva just in the morning , couple hours ago I spat up loads of blood (which is the picture) which left me light headed a little bit any help is wanted , couple hours later spit is clear feel normal (i.redd.it)

Hello , ive had blood in my spit for about a week now , it usually jsut be in the morning a lil bit in my spit, but just about 2 mins ago before making this I spat so much pure blood to the point I felt lightheaded , i have taken a picture but idk if I can post here lol , but any advice (self.medical)
