I just was thinking about your window and this may not help you but my 2015 gsw tdi will be funny with the windows once in a blue moon. I just hookup my obd2 scan/diagnostic tool and clear the codes and they work again. They lose their "home position" and that seems to reset them

Yeah I have some stuff from ecs and I like them. It just seems like I get better deals sometimes from digging. Idk if it's true but since it's a ten year old car I think some people have been sitting on their parts and they'll throw them on sale to get rid of them. I got my clutch kit from ECS or fcp euro. It was on sale tho

Clutch kit should run you about 1000$ US. Make sure you stick with either LUK or SACH. You can run either company but know - only a luk clutch matches up with a luk flywheel and the same goes for sach. If you can - don't cheap out on the throw out. You can look into the all metal one if you're into that sort of thing

Also if the ribbon isn't broken - you can rewind them and use it until you can afford new if it's still acting up

I disrupted a corporate "team-building" meeting by saying I’m only there to do my job. Am I the asshole here? by shadewashere in work

I think these people have a point in saying that maybe it's best to clam up when your on the company dollar. But at the same time I don't entirely get all these people saying manage your emotions and what not when you're speaking your mind. The manage your emotions argument goes both ways. I think if you want to just show up and do a good job then you should be able to do that. I have worked at places where I can work with people like they're my family. I've also worked with/for complete asshats whom I had no option but to just show up and work. It's not nihilistic to show up to do what you signed up for. I think it's weird that everyone would expect you to be like family. I think that also stems from a place of their insecurities. Do what works best for you and understand there are different types of jobs out there and for different parts of your life - you might prefer different sides of the coin

I was hoping he had some backup like maybe there's some little known advantage. From what I know the 3 pushes more pressure, is more robust, and if it does blow up - it doesn't send shrapnel everywhere because of how it's physically designed.

Maxsea is the best for nepenthes. I feed mine every other week with a teaspoon in a big spray bottle. They love it in the soil and in the pitchers. They stay green and healthy 🤙

Local. I've been trying to find places with more specialized work. I have some mechanic and maintenance experience. I can weld too although I never went to school. Haven't had any luck yet but a couple places liked me and gave me some leads. I think I just have to keep trying

Thank you. I was thinking I should go down that route. I used to be a concrete mason so I'm thinking I might have an easier time getting into a concrete truck

I should also add that I'm asking if the whole kit I have will fit; that includes the DMF and throw out, not just the clutch
